Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Horse-drawn carriages drive past the East Ward School. Trees surround the school, which has a belfry at the top. The ground and roofs are covered in snow. One carriage is wheeled, the other is a sled. There are other buildings visible in the distance. George M. West was H. H. West's father.
