Sculpture at the center of an intersection. The statue includes a child on the base holding a flag, and above that, a woman with wings holds an object above her head. There are pedestrians walking in the street and on the sidewalks. There are utility poles with wires extending from them throughout. There are buildings at the right and left, as well as in the background. The building at the right has an awning that reads, "Pacific shirt co. All goods at cut prices." And the one at the left has awnings that read, "Bakery and restaurant." Another building in the background has a sign that reads, in part, "...mpia music."
