A distant photograph of H. H. West, Harry Schmitz and Wilfrid Cline, Jr.'s campsite set up at an abandoned logging operation near the McCloud River. A car is parked in front of the camping area at right. It is viewed at an angle from the rear and side; it faces towards the right. Camp is set up among the large, cut logs in the distance at left. Two people (Wilfrid Cline, Jr. and Harry Schmitz, likely) stand in the camp. A fire-damaged hillside rises behind their camp at right. Tall pines stand in the distance.
