Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Photograph of Charlie Mertz sitting behind a tray of drying apricots and posing at Nichols Ranch. Charlie Mertz sits left-of-center and looks to the camera. In front of him, a drying tray covered in apricots sits propped up on wooden supports. Another tray sits off to the right of Charlie. Behind him, a barn stands at left and a fence extends out-of-frame from the right side of the barn. The back of a chair in the foreground partially obscures the apricot drying tray sitting in front of Charlie. Miscellaneous gear, crates and pans are strewn about the area.
