Both of them wear hats. Mrs. West wears one glove and holds the other one in her hand. She carries a purse under her arm. There is another tree and a building in the background. The negative is torn at the bottom. Fred Lemberger was H. H. West's cousin. Wayne West was H. H. West's brother. Text from negative sleeve: 1217. Santa Ana, California, Saturday, March 23, 1940.
