The picnic table extends through the image on an upward angle from the lower right corner towards left middle. It is strewn with cups and plates of food as people sit to eat. A man wearing shirtsleeves sits with his back to the camera along the left edge of the image. Webb Brain, Jim Jeffries and Bill Newerf sit in a row along the opposite side of the table. Jim Jeffries sits at center and faces slightly left. He looks down towards the left. To the left of him, Webb Brain faces towards the camera and looks down towards the table.
