An out-of-focus, close-up photograph of Louise Ambrose in the front yard of her family's home on North Hellman Street (now Avenue 24). Louise Ambrose is viewed from the waist-up at center. She is out-of-focus. Louise faces towards the camera, but casts her gaze to the right as she rests a hand to her hip. Palm fronds stand behind her. The lawn and a walkway stretches behind her and are visible between the gaps in the fronds.
