A man on crutches stands in the road at the right and two women walk on the sidewalk at the right. The street is dirt. Text from negative sleeve: 1756. Los Angeles, Calif. 240 South Griffin Ave. 1897. 1. Front view of the house. 2. Griffin Avenue, looking south from the corner of Hawkins street (now Manitou Ave.) On the left first are the two tall two story Quayle houses, then Sepulvedas, then ours. 3.
