The uniform consists of a coat lined with buttons and a hat with a shallow brim and emblem on the front. There are plant, trees, and a fence in the background. Wilson D. West and Wayne W. West were H. H. West's brothers. Text from negative sleeve: 1759. Los Angeles, Calif. 240 South Griffin Ave. 1897. 1. Left to right: Wilson D. West. Corporal Wayne W. West.
