Wayne West and Nella West were H. H. West's brother and sister.
Wayne West plays Nella West's piano. A cloth is draped over the top of the piano and there are pictures on top of that. At the right, there is a small table with a vase of flowers on top and a plant on the lower shelf. There is a chair against the back wall and a low stool next to that.
Text from negative sleeve: 1782. Los Angeles, California, 240 South Griffin Ave., about 1900. 1. Wayne West at Nell's piano in parlor. On this end of the piano is the brass candlestick that William L. Hagenbaugh brot [sic] from Manila and gave to Nell. I have that old candle stick now. (1943) 1 film.
