H. H. West's father, George M. West, plays a game of solitaire. He wears a hat and glasses and smokes a pipe. There is a lamp on the table, as well as books and other papers. There is a fireplace in the background with pictures on the mantel and above it. There are pictures on the wall and a chair in the corner. The image is slightly blurry.
