H. H. West stands in front of his house wearing his Shriners fez. He wears a suit and has a pin on his lapel and a watch chain hanging on his vest. The words "Al Malaikah" are on the fez, along with an insignia. The porch steps are visible at the left. There are other houses, trees, and cars in the background.
