The tank sits atop a dolly at center. The dolly and tank are on the sidewalk that passes across the foreground, in front of the building. Behind the tank, a set of doors stands wide open. A hallway in shadow extends behind the tank. To the left of the tank in the foreground, the large shop window of the office sits in partial view along the left edge.
