Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Photograph of the grave site for Thornton Chase, first American convert to the Baha'i Faith, in Inglewood Cemetery. The tombstone lies in the near distance at center and is viewed at an angle. The large tombstone lies flat over the ground. Some small bouquets of flowers lie atop it. A cemetery drive passes horizontally behind the tombstone. Beyond the drive, tombstones and trees dot the cemetery grounds. Text from negative sleeve: 2148. Inglewood Cemetery, July 1946.
