George and Wilhelmina West were H. H. West's parents. Mertie West was H. H. West's wife. Wilson West was H. H.'s brother, and Richard and Eleanor were Wilson's son and wife.
The Evergreen Cemetery was established in 1877 and is located in the Boyle Heights neighborhood at 204 N. Evergreen Avenue.
Members of the West family tend to George M. West and Wilhelmina West's graves. Wilson West stands, while the others crouch down. There are flowers by the graves and other gravestones and trees in the distance.
