Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Photograph of a totem pole outside Saxman Totem Park, viewed close-up. Tall grasses stand in the foreground and surround the totem pole. A slight clearing at center leads to the totem pole that stands in the near distance at center. The totem pole rises beyond the top frame. A carved, crouching figure sits to the right of the totem pole. The crouching figure reaches a hand out towards the figure carved at the base of the totem pole. The figure at the base catches the crouching figure's hand in its mouth.
