An out-of-focus photograph of Simeon Oliver's house in Anchorage, as viewed from the side. Tall, overgrown grasses span the foreground. The house stands in the near distance and is viewed from the side. A large window is inset at the left corner of the dwelling. To the immediate right stands a stepped chimney. A couple more windows and inset to the right of the chimney. The house extends to the right, zigzagging back into the distance. Two women (maybe Mertie West (left) and Frances Wells (right)) walk through the grasses at right with their backs to the camera.
