Description

The photograph appears to tilt downward to the right. The bridge set is viewed close-up and stands right-of-center. A chair to the left of it faces the camera. Another chair is folded up and leans against the right side of the table. The sidewalk stretches through the image on an upward angle from right to left. Behind the table set, the office building for the H. H. West Company stretches across the background. Doors stand wide open at right. From the doors, a hallway in shadow stretches back into the interior of the building. Behind the table, a sign in a window reads, "AMERICAN [...] CO. [L]ONG [BEACH]." Text from negative sleeve: 2227.
