An out-of-focus and poorly lit photograph of Mount Shasta, as viewed at a distance from a stopped train near Dunsmuir. Trees and utility lines span the foreground. The roof of a house is visible behind them in the near distance at left. Beyond the house, pines and hills stretch across the image. In the far distance, a snow-covered Mount Shasta rises over the trees at center. Five punched holes line the bottom edge.
According to the negative sleeve, this set of photographs is captured in color. The scans of these images are in black and white.
