Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Laura Cooley may have been a guest at this event. She frequently spoke on historical matters at various clubs. Five women are at a table, but only the second through the fifth women are identified. The middle woman, Ann Sumner stands, while the other four women are seated. They are seated behind several tables, covered in white tablecloths, pushed together to make a long table. Candles, salt and pepper shakers, water glasses, silverware, tea pots, and an ashtray can be seen on the table. All the women wear hats and business-type clothes. Left to right: unidentified woman, Laura Cooley, Ann Sumner, Elizabeth Scattergood, Albertina Rodi. Mrs. Karl Rodi was formerly Albertina McGrath. Text from negative sleeve: 5009- [stamp] APR 29 1936. Ebell Juniors. Miss Laura Cooley. Ann Sumner. Elizabeth Scattergood. Mrs. Karl Rodi.
