Text from newspaper caption: Here shown, standing, is Walter W. Rose of Orlando, Fla. President of the National Association of Real Estate Boards, as he brought a message of realty cheer to some 500 Southland real estate representatives attending a recent banquet at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The evening was in honor of President Rose and Herbert U. Nelson, secretary of the national body. Seated, left to right, are Mr. Nelson, Col. William May Garland, chairman of the meeting and Harold K. Huntsberger, president of the Los Angeles realty Board which was host at the banquet. Optimistic reports by these realty chieftains evoked great enthusiasm. At the same time they told of highly important action launched and proposed for the protection of realty’s welfare.
