Medium: Ink on silk
Annotations/Markings: Signed "錦山居士題" followed by two seals at left edge. One additional seal at upper right corner preceding three-line inscription.
Acquisition: Former Addiss-Seo Nanga Collection. Gift of Mr. and Mrs. Willard G. Clark.
Biography/History: Kinzan was an "ancient commentaries" scholar from Ise, a friend of Shinten'o and Tessai. (Stephen Addiss)
Funding: Digitization funded by an Institute for Museum and Library Services (IMLS) Leadership Grant (LG 30-02-0260-02) awarded to the University of California, Merced Library.
