Scope/Content: Condition: these four leaves have been used as binding materials; three of the leaves have holes affecting text, and all leaves are considerably stained and rubbed.
Scope/Content: Manuscript leaves from an herbal, medicament book.
Scope/Content: Black and red ink, with little ornamentation; one two-line capital E in red; outer edges of the leaf are dyed red.
Scope/Content: Layout of tabula: 3 columns on 6 pages, with Arabic numerals preceding each item.
Scope/Content: Layout of index: 2 columns on 2 pages.
Scope/Content: Binding information: two bifolia.
Scope/Content: These leaves are evidently a part of the Tabula of an herbal or medicament book. They contain a list of herbs and other substances. There is also an index of diseases and treaments (for example, "De medicamentibus artificalibus; Paroxismi; De medicamentibus contra furore [ ... ] contra dolore capitis [ ... ])."
Language: Text mostly in Latin with some words in Middle High German.
