Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-20: This letter acknowledges the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's (Service) December 30, 2005 receipt of your December 28, 2005 letter requesting Service concurrence with your finding that the subject proposed action may affect, but is not likely to adversely affect listed species. Based on the information provided in your letter, you found that the decommissioning of the Cove project will have no effect on Ute ladies' tresses (Spiranthes diluvialis) and may affect, but is not likely to adversely affect, gray wolf (Canis lupus) and bald eagle (Haliaaetus leucocephalus). The Service's comments are provided in accordance with the provisions of section 7 of the Endangened Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act).
