Produced by the Institute of Engineering Research University of California, Berkeley for the California State Water Resources Board. From beginning text of film: "The recent rapid development of ground water supplies has created serious problems of overdraft resulting in sea water intrusion into thirteen important groundwater basins along the California coast.
