Description
Photograph of Christmas decorations on Hollywood Boulevard, showing several metallic wreaths with pictures, January 1933. At center, the wide street of Hollywood Blvd. can be seen extending into the background. In the background, lines of cars can be seen parked on either side of the street, and large buildings can be seen further to the left and right. Along the sidewalk, poles with metallic wreaths are visible. A picture of a Christmas tree with two stars can be seen above the wreath, and a portrait of what appears to be a movie star is visible in each wreath. Above the street, an array of wires can be seen. A small suspended sign reads "Stop". In the far background at right, the sign for "Hotel Christie" can be seen mounted on the structure.
