Exterior view of the Lever Brothers factory on June 1, 1967. A four-story office building set in front of the soap manufacturing plant is built with a concrete frame. Large concrete slabs at each end of the building as well as a slab roof visually float away from the building core. The factory was built in 1951 and designed by architect Welton Becket with Bechtel Corporation.
