Photograph caption dated March 8, 1958 reads, "School children take advantage of recess at elementary school at small railroad town of Acton located in Soledad Canyon near Antelope Valley. Storm also brought snow to Palmdale in Mojave Desert. Weatherman says that new storm moving into Valley after midnight will probably give kids more snow to play in by tomorrow morning."; See image #00116876 for additional photo in this series.
