Description
Pictured is City Planning director, John E. Roberts attending a Van Nuys Chamber of Commerce luncheon, where he discussed a proposed master plan for land use for the community of Van Nuys. The luncheon took place at the Masonic Temple, 1475 Sherman Way, and was attended by 425 persons. Photograph dated January 23, 1959.
