Laid in the front cover is a list of cipher holders for no.1 and no. 5 in Division of the Gulf on yellow carbon paper sheet dated 1866, May 7; also a receipt for No. 12 cipher on telegraph paper, signed T.R. Boyle, July 13, 1866. Four pages (numbered 27-30) bound in between p. 11 and 12, four blue unnumbered pages bound in between p. 25 and 26. A list of cipher holders on t.p. verso. Ms. page numbers.
