Description
The Malibu home on Harvester Road. Darrol is riding 'Flame.' This is the south side of the home facing the ocean. Our home did not burn during the 1956 fire. Their were 14 homes burned in our neighborhood, including the MacGregors' home. It seems that all the homes that burned were made of wood siding and wooded roofs. Our home was stucco and white rock on the roof. The road in the background is Harvester Road. On the other side of the eucalyptus trees is Busch Drive.
