Description
The moonstone (undated) has eight animals: four each of elephants and horses in the outermost semicircle. They are arranged in an unusual manner; viewed clockwise from the bottom: two elephants are repeated as the fourth and fifth figures, instead of alternating with one of a horse. The figures of lions and bulls and a semicircle with sacred geese are not included. Close-up of the moonstone.
