Photograph caption dated November 23, 1959 reads, "'Lucky' looks puzzled as he gets anti-rabies shot from Dr. Fred Bowers, one of Valley veterinarians who assisted at anti-rabies clinics. Mrs. Robert DeVine, chairman of Valley Volunteer Bureau, and many of her workers helped out at clinics. Volunteer Bureau, Red Feather agency, is called upon for aid in many civic projects."; See images #00135951 through #00135956 for all photos in this series.
