Photograph caption dated December 16, 1963 reads "Jon Douglas, 5th ranked singles player in the country, returns with a backhand in the Lake Encino Racquet Club's celebrity-amateur exhibition tennis day held Sunday for the benefit of the Youth Tennis Foundation. Hollywood stars and top-ranked amateurs participated in the first Racquet club event of the 1963-64 season."
