Description
Photograph of a view of earthquake damage on an unidentified San Francisco street, 1906. The wide paved street is at center and disappears over a hill in the distance. Two sets of streetcar tracks are set into the street. Burned-out buildings and trees line both sides of the road, while rubble litters the street itself. A debris-covered hill can be seen in the distance at right, while the bay can be seen in the background at center.
