V2p89a In PHOTO ALBUM-VAULT: ** fc917.9461 A3, Vol. II, page 89 top. This photograph is contained in one of two volumes by Dobbin titled "Album of San Francisco." Text written under photo: "View of the Marina 1923." View looking west across the Marina after the Panama-Pacific Exposition buildings were razed but before any homes and apartments were built in this area. Six biplanes can be seen parked side-by-side. A monument remaining from the Exposition is visible in the background, along with the Palace of Fine Arts and the Golden Gate. Also have negative no. (4x5 in.): 29,762.
