Photograph caption dated September 14, 1964 reads "Capt. Donald McDougald." The article partially reads "Capt. McDougald died Saturday in St. Joseph Hospital in Burbank. He and his wife, Dorothy, pioneered the work of the Salvation Army in Burbank when they organized the local corps in November, 1957."
