Photograph caption dated July 22, 1965 reads, "Officials from the Veterans Administration Hospital, 13000 Sayre St., San Fernando, display plaque honoring the hospital for its safety record during the past year. They are, from left, Fred J. Iversen, chief, protective section; G. L. Barclay, chief engineering officer, and V. J. Belda, hospital director. The hospital was cited by the Veterans Administration Central office for having lost no time on accidents."
