Title transcribed from negative; date devised by cataloger based on historical operation of Brookwell Photo. The building with the tower that is featured in this image has also been known as the Casa De Balboa building. It was renamed the Commerce and Industry building for the Panama-California Exposition in 1915 and the Palace of Better Housing for the 1935-36 California-Pacific International Exposition.
