Description: The Pico House, sometimes called "Old Pico House", built by Pio Pico in 1869-70. Two sides of the building with the "Pico House" sign on top are seen, but the building and the dirt street around it all look bare. A long pole (flag pole?) extends up from the name sign on the right top.
