Description
A United States Navy torpedo boat named the U.S.S. Farragut. Several civilians are on the deck, including a group of women in hats. A large torpedo and machine gun are near the stern of the the ship. A small sailboat is visible in the background. [The U.S.S. Farragut was a TB-11 Navy torpedo ship commissioned in 1899 and decommissioned in 1919.]
