Description: John Ferraro, long-time member and president of the Los Angeles City Council, talking with artist Faustino Caigoy. Ferraro dedicated the mural of a Filipino family that adorns the west wall of the Lung Assn. office at Beverly Boulevard and Union Avenue. The 24-by-54-foot mural (in backgroud) took artist Faustino Caigoy, right, six months to complete. Photo dated June 1, 1977.
