Description
Dolores Correa gave up her job as a stenographer in Manila and came to the United States two years ago. She found embroidery employment owned by a Filipino cattle merchant. She lived simply and saved every money she could. When the business owner died few months ago, she could purchase the business. She carries on the business under the new name Philippine Hand Embroidery Company, which is located in 811 1/2 South Vermont Avenue. Photograph dated November 12, 1927.
