Description
View of Milliron's department store at Broadway and 5th. The building is brick-faced with twelve stories. A construction fence partial blocks the entrance and scaffolding sits atop the permanent awning. Power lines for the electrical streetcars hover over the street. A sign stating "power off" hangs from one. A throng of pedestrians begins crossing the street. A traffic light is at the corner and traffic is waiting for it to change. Signs that can be discerned on buildings next door advertise "Berlands" and "Finks". In the background is a park with date and fan palm trees.
