V1p270a -- v1p270b In PHOTO ALBUM-VAULT: ** fc917.9461 A3, Vol. I, page 270 top and second from top. These photographs are contained in one of two volumes by Dobbin titled "Album of San Francisco." Two views of the Panama-Pacific Exposition racetrack taken from the same vantage point but at a slightly different angle. Both photos show a number of spectators walking on the track itself, with others seated in the grandstand behind. The photo on page 270 top, labeled "Crowd attending Races PPIE 1915," shows a few people close to the camera running. The photo on page 270 second from top, labeled "On the Race Track P.P.I.E. 1915," shows many more people on the track, with no one running.
