Description
William B. Mathews - born on a farm near Georgetown, Ohio, on March 1, 1865. The following year, his parents, William B. and Margaret Salisbury Mathews, moved to Mason County, Kentucky, where our Department’s Special Counsel attended the nearby district, private and high schools.
