The Minister is wearing traditional church robes and the other men are dressed in suits and ties, several are barefoot. There is a brick building, with a thatched roof, in the background which is probably the church. The photograph is stamped on the back with the details of "M. M. Chisuse, The African Photographer, Blantyre, Nyasaland". ❧ This image belongs to an album of photographs collected by Dr. Stevenson and includes images from India, China and Africa.
