Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated September 27, 1950 reads "Nothing to it. Joe Woo, North Hollywood cafe man, shuffles two packs of cards with one hand in split-second manuever (sic). He entertains his customers while they wait for orders." The article partially reads "You can't eat at Joe Woo's Chinese Cafe, but you get top entertainment with never a cover charge. Dr. Soo King Foo, as Woo is known professionally, is a magician. The reason he doesn't serve food in his cafe at 5907 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood, is that he takes only outgoing orders for Chinese dinners."; See images #00136681 through #00136683 for all photos in this series.
