Description
Family home of Eugene T. Lee (E.T. Lee), an early Orange merchant. Rear of photo is marked “Home of ET Lee (Owner of Lee’s Grocery) 1890.” The home is located at 205 E. Palmyra in Orange. Built in 1888 by C.Z. Culver on the grounds of the Hotel Palmyra, it served as the hotel annex. The Hotel was torn down in 1970, but the home still stands, and it has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
