Photograph caption dated September 23, 1963 reads, "Mrs. Margo Young, outgoing president of the California Employment Agencies Association presents cake to the officers and members who assisted her during the year. Bruce Fenton, right, husband of Lynn Fenton, incoming president, accepts cake in absence of Mrs. Fenton who was ill. In group at cake presentation are Jean Widdicombe, second from left, state president; Neysa Meyer, incoming secretary-treasurer and Virginia Collins, director. Mel Butler, not in photo, is incoming vice president. Installation of officers was held at Fireside Inn, Encino."
